Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Trainer to elevate our retail teams across department stores, boutiques and counters nationwide. This role conducts store visits, coaches Beauty Advisors, and ensures brand standards are consistently executed across all doors.

You will partner with Store Supervisors and Area Operations Managers, deliver product knowledge sessions, roll out seasonal campaigns, and submit field reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales training, beauty, FMCG, or luxury brands.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• With passion for skincare and makeup.
• Willing to travel nationwide (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao).
• Comfortable working during mall hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits across Metro Manila and provincial doors.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to Beauty Advisors.
• Partner with Store Supervisors and Area Operations Managers.
• Ensure proper execution of brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and grooming policies.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions and seasonal campaign rollouts.
• Submit post-training and field visit reports with action plans.
