Job summary

Orro Home is seeking a highly motivated Retail Execution / Field Supervisor to oversee retail execution and strengthen offline market presence across assigned territories.

The role involves field visits, developing retail partnerships, ensuring merchandising standards, and driving sales performance in the Philippines market. Travel to various stores will be frequent, with a focus on devices and digital accessories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in channel sales, retail operations, field execution, merchandising, or store management.
• Experience in mobile phone, consumer electronics, or digital accessories industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of offline retail channels and field operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel extensively for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to mobile phone stores, digital accessory stores, and other retail partners.
• Develop new retail accounts and strengthen relationships with existing stores.
• Activate inactive stores and encourage product ordering and sell-out.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and branding execution per company standards.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with sales teams for replenishment.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners, managers, and sales personnel.
• Execute in-store promotions, marketing campaigns and brand activation activities.
• Train and motivate store staff to improve product knowledge and recommendations.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Prepare field visit reports and provide recommendations to improve retail performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve regional sales and operational objectives.
