Job summary

Happy Skin is seeking a passionate Field Sales Trainer to support our retail teams across department stores, boutiques, and counters nationwide. The role is highly field-focused, involving store visits, coaching Beauty Advisors, and upholding brand standards across all doors.

You will conduct regular store visits in Metro Manila and provincial doors, coach Beauty Advisors on the spot, and align with Store Supervisors and Area Operations Managers to ensure excellent execution of guidelines,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales training, beauty, FMCG, or luxury brands.
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Willing to travel nationwide across Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.

Responsibilities
