You will work with Field Sales Representatives and New Store Specialists to optimize sales, distribution, and collections in line with company goals.

• Assist in implementing new sales programs and system changes.
• Analyze workload of sales team members and advise on manpower needs.
• Conduct field trainings for FSRs and NSS; plan training needs.
• Share sales data and policy updates to improve team performance.
• Maintain an up-to-date performance scorecard and handle requests.
• Attend company meetings and trainings; ensure timely reporting.
• Submit required reports (DKRA, Propagation, Remittance, Location, etc.).
• Maintain asset records and accountability for team equipment.
• Working hours: 8:00-5:00, Mon-Sat; Head Office Pampanga; driver’s license required.
