Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee general store operations to meet business plans and targets.
• Supervise store staff, manage manpower deployment, and conduct training.
• Visit stores regularly and monitor compliance and performance.
• Review business results and market data for timely reporting.
• Control OPEX within approved budgets and seek revenue opportunities.
• Address customer refunds, voids, replacements; ensure brand experience.
• Develop networks and partnerships for sales growth.
• Discipline and motivate team to hit sales targets.
