Gran Toro Oro Trading Corporation is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to oversee day-to-day field operations and drive team performance. You will bridge sales strategy with on-ground execution, mentor field staff, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to expand accounts and grow the territory.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong field sales process knowledge, and travel readiness across the assigned territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years total sales experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Field sales operations experience in FMCG/distribution or similar industries preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability; able to motivate teams.
• Strong field sales process knowledge: route planning, call cycles, target setting, performance tracking.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the territory.
• Proficient in MS Excel and sales tracking platforms.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily monitoring of sales staff including attendance, calls, customer visits, and on-ground troubleshooting.
• Mentor and coach sales representatives in the field to close performance gaps in real-time.
• Ensure proactive problem-solving to maintain field execution and maximize sales opportunities.
• Support account expansion and territory growth in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Track daily sales metrics, route planning, and call cycles to report actionable insights.
