Job summary

JAKA Investments Corporation is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Supervisor to lead our FMCG field sales team in Pangasinan. You will supervise representatives, drive sales targets, and ensure effective merchandising and route execution across assigned territories.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 2–4 years in FMCG sales or supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel regularly to support field operations.

Qualifications
