Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. is seeking a Field Sales Associate to grow our Cebu territory. You will identify new business opportunities, revive inactive accounts, and ensure sales targets are met through proactive account management and skilled negotiations.

This role requires multi-day trips across Cebu, where you will build strong customer relationships, drive promotions, and manage collections and credit compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome; a motorcycle license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Business or Engineering course.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years sales experience advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned across Cebu region.
• Valid motorcycle license is an advantage.

Take ownership of a growing territory across Cebu:

• Lapu-lapu with Cordova, Cebu City, Talisay City
• South Cebu province from Minglanilia to Ginatilan and Balamban
• Mandaue City & Consolacion
• Liloan to Sogod including Camotes Island
• Borbon to Daan Bantayan with Bantayan Island

As our Field Sales Associate (Jr. Sales Development Officer), you will identify new business opportunities and revive inactive accounts within your assigned area, ensuring they meet sales and collection targets. This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Acquire new accounts and reactivate inactive clients to grow territory reach
• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for sustained growth

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of a Business or Engineering course
• Open to fresh graduates; with 1–2 years of sales experience and a valid motorcycle license is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned across Cebu region.
