Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. seeks a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate in the Bicol region. You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective client relationship management. You will meet sales targets and develop new accounts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably field-based in FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management, lead generation, and territory coverage.
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• Willing to be assigned in areas in Bicol Region.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage
