Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Davao. You will build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands, with frequent multi-day trips to ensure comprehensive coverage and strong customer management.

Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing accounts, planning coverage and promotions, maintaining documentation, and promoting FELCO's values and solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably field-based and FMCG.
• Willing to be assigned in the areas mentioned above.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and collection targets through field selling and client negotiations.
• Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximise territory potential.
• Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care for company tools and property.

As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.
