Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own the CARAGA territory and drive revenue by building lasting client relationships. You will travel to cover key areas and work with trusted Filipino brands to deliver FELCO solutions.

Frequent multi-day trips are required to ensure coverage, meet targets, and develop new accounts. 1–2 years of field sales experience and a degree in Business/Marketing/Economics/Engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics or Engineering.
• 1–2 years in field sales, preferably FMCG.
• Willing to be assigned to the listed areas.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and collection targets through field selling and negotiations.
• Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximize territory potential.
• Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care for company tools and property.

Take ownership of our growing territory across CARAGA:

• Misamis Oriental from Tagoloan to Magsaysay, Butuan City, Camiguin, Part of Agusan del Norte (Carmen, Nasipit and Buenavista)


• Part of Agusan del Norte (Remedios, Cabadbaran, Tubay, Santiago, Jabongga, Kitcharao, Alegria, Mainit and Tubod), Surigao del Norte, Surigao City, Island Town ( Siargao, Socorro, Dinagat), San Francisco, Agusan Del Sur

As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Meet sales and collection targets through effective field selling and client negotiations


• Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximize territory potential


• Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities


• Maintain accurate documentation and care for company tools and property

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering


• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries


• Willing to be assigned in areas in the areas mentioned above.
