Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking a field sales professional to drive growth within the Valenzuela area. You will identify opportunities, visit customers, present products, and build lasting relationships to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

Must have a good academic standing (Latin Honors or With High Honors are an advantage).
Age range: 23–30 years old.
With 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
With a pleasing personality.
Having a driver’s license or the ability to drive is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
Visit existing and potential customers to present products/services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Collect payments and ensure timely follow-up.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
