We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, driving sales, and managing orders from start to finish. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs
• Promote and explain product features, benefits, and pricing
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer concerns and escape issues when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise
• Prepare sales reports and maintain transaction records
• Handle customer inquiries through multiple communication channels (online, face-to-face, phone calls, etc.)
• Monitor order completion from inquiry, production, release, through after-sales follow-up
• Build and grow relationships with clients and partner companies through excellent customer service and sales expertise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage orders efficiently
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Work Schedule

• Fixed schedule Mondays - Saturdays
