Job summary

CardMasters by Marcommax Enterprises is seeking a motivated Sales Associate / Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will engage with customers, promote products, and manage orders from inquiry to delivery.

You will excel at building client relationships through excellent service across online, in-person, and phone channels, while consistently meeting sales targets and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage orders efficiently.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs.
• Promote and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain transaction records.
• Handle customer inquiries through multiple communication channels (online, face-to-face, phone calls, etc.).
• Monitor order completion from inquiry, production, release, through after-sales follow-up.
• Build and grow relationships with clients and partner companies through excellent customer service and sales expertise.
