Job summary

OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand brand presence for screen and display solutions. You will identify, approach, and convert new customers through direct client engagement, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals.

The role involves visiting offices, hotels, and venues, building lasting relationships with businesses, agencies, and decision-makers, and maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to understand and explain product specs.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and develop potential customers.
• Visit commercial establishments, offices, retail stores, hotels, and events venues.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, cold calls, referrals, networking, and events.
• Introduce and promote screen and display products to prospective customers.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable screen solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and projects to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer accounts, quotations, and sales activities.
