Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks a results-driven Solution Sales Executive in Metro Manila to drive end-to-end sales for interactive Wayfinding Systems, Digital Directories, and related hardware.

You will lead generation, deliver persuasive product demonstrations, structure commercial deals, and coordinate with technical teams to align solutions with client site realities, while actively managing accounts and providing weekly pipeline updates.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree as specified.
• Proven Track Record in corporate B2B sales, IT/software or digital display domains.
• Domain Advantage with LED/LCD systems or digital signage is a plus.
• Technical Aptitude in system integration, hardware/software interactions.
• Mobility to travel within Metro Manila for client visits.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales pipelines for interactive Wayfinding Systems, Digital Directories, and hardware displays.
• Identify, profile, and engage potential corporate, retail, and commercial clients.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations showing business value.
• Prepare commercial proposals and pricing matrices for clients.
• Coordinate with Technical Operations to match client site realities.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain high-value relationships from contact to contract.
• Consolidate field updates into weekly activity and pipeline reports.
