DPO Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a motivated Field Sales Agent to drive sales growth in the Benguet area. You will promote products, visit customers, and build long-term relationships while achieving targets.

The role emphasizes fieldwork, territory development, and collaboration with the Sales Manager and Brand Manager to ensure timely order fulfillment. Robust customer service and travels within Benguet are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School Graduate; college-level education or a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry preferred.
• Proven field-based, roving, or territory sales; store-based sales welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and results-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in automotive or motorcycle products and industry trends.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork within the Benguet area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products, including fast-moving and special-order items.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular field visits and excellent customer service.
• Open new customer accounts while strengthening existing client relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits to maximize territory coverage and identify sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to support business growth.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily activities, customer visits, new accounts, and collections.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Brand Manager, Sales Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.
