DPO Consumer Goods Trading in Pangasinan is seeking a motivated Field Sales Agent to drive sales growth in the Pangasinan area, promote products in fast-moving and special-order categories, and expand the customer base through field visits.

Ideal candidates have automotive or motorcycle industry exposure, are skilled at building long-term relationships, and consistently hit sales targets while collaborating with the Sales Manager and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in field-based, roving, or territory sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork within the Pangasinan area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products, including fast-moving and special-order items.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular field visits and excellent customer service.
• Open new customer accounts while strengthening existing client relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits to maximize territory coverage and identify sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to support business growth.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily activities, customer visits, new accounts, and collections.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Brand Manager, Sales Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.
