Busy Bee Cleaning Solutions, Inc is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Coordinator to oversee daily operations and drive bookings for Busy Bee Cleaning Center and Busy Bee Car Wash. You will manage the operational crew, audit inventory and finances, and actively secure service bookings.

You will lead staff, engage with clients, and implement local promotional efforts to increase customer traffic. Willingness to be on-field and work six days a week is required; motorcycle ownership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Coordinator in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong background in sales generation, customer service, or client acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash/sales auditing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, transparent, and detail-oriented when handling financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate daily operational teams for Busy Bee Cleaning Center and Busy Bee Car Wash.
• Actively secure service bookings and engage with walk-in clients, inquiries, and corporate accounts to boost sales.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and prevent stock-outs by coordinating timely reorders.
• Audit and verify daily sales transactions and ensure proper documentation and declared revenue; prepare regular sales/operational reports.
