Job summary

Busy Bee Cleaning Co. in the Philippines seeks a Sales and Customer Care Manager to steer the department’s strategy, daily operations, and performance, ensuring the brand remains customer-centric from inquiry to aftercare.

You will lead a multi-channel team across Messenger, WhatsApp, IG, Viber, SMS, and Email, set targets, coach staff, and handle critical escalations to protect client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years leading sales growth and marketing strategy.
• Strong people development and sales coaching ability.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth in diverse organizations.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City, Monday to Friday.
• E-commerce background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor performance targets across KPIs including sales, upsells, closures, CSAT, and CRM accuracy.
• Supervise daily shift coverage and multichannel support across Messenger, WhatsApp, IG, Viber, SMS, and Email.
• Lead calibration, upskilling, and coaching of team members.
• Manage escalations: Level 2 complaints, customer recovery, bookings, and service concerns.
• Develop spiels, SOPs, templates, and internal scripts.
• Oversee monthly incentive validation and compliance with HR and Finance.
• Collaborate with Brand, Dispatch, and Operations to align client promise with delivery.

The Sales and Customer Care Manager will direct the overall strategy, daily functions, and performance of the Sales and Customer Care Department. This role will ensure alignment with Busy Bee’s customer-centric brand, overseeing inquiry responsiveness, sales conversion, service excellence, and client retention. This position will also serve as the lead in cross-department coordination to ensure seamless execution from booking to aftercare.

What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities?

• Supervise daily shift coverage and execution quality across all platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, IG, Viber, SMS, Email).
• Lead regular calibration, upskilling, and coaching of all team members.

• Lead Development and rollout of spiels, SOPs, templates, and internal scripts.
• Oversee monthly incentive validation and compliance review with HR and Finance.
• Collaborate with Brand, Dispatch, and Operations Department to align client promise with delivery.

What Are We Looking For?

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other related field.
• Proven leader with at least 5 years of experience driving sales growth and marketing strategy.

• Has a proven track record in driving sales growth in a diversified organization.
• Possesses exceptional communication skills and a strong executive presence that commands respect and inspires confidence.
• Willing to work on-site in our office at Mandaluyong City from Mondays to Fridays.
• Applicants with a background in E-commerce is a plus.
