Job summary

The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a Sales Officer to drive revenue, build and lead a sales team, and meet monthly loan sales targets within the assigned area. The role focuses on field engagement with prospective clients and supervision of sales agents to ensure optimal performance and market coverage.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in field sales, especially in loan/financing products, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work directly in the field.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably handling loan or financing products.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in managing agents or sales teams is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in the field and engage with clients directly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field selling of loan products to prospective clients
• Recruit, train, and manage sales agents to expand the company's reach and performance
• Perform field saturation activities to identify new customers and market opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure continued satisfaction
• Monitor and guide sales agents to meet individual and team targets
• Support the company in achieving monthly and overall sales goals
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management
