The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by building and leading a field sales team in the assigned area. You will recruit, train, and manage sales agents, conduct field visits, and pursue new client opportunities to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably handling loan or financing products.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in managing agents or sales teams is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in the field and engage with clients directly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field selling of loan products to prospective clients
• Recruit, train, and manage sales agents to expand the company's reach and performance
• Perform field saturation activities to identify new customers and market opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure continued satisfaction
• Monitor and guide sales agents to meet individual and team targets
• Support the company in achieving monthly and overall sales goals
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management
