Job summary

GainStrong is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover Mindanao. You will visit daily branch assignments, check POP materials, and ensure Yamaha products are merchandised according to plan. You will communicate with branch managers to address concerns and report activity.

You will prepare OVR and DAR for monitoring, review budgets, encode branch concerns, study market segments, and collate results to evaluate effectiveness. You will submit travel requests for sales activities and company events.

• Talks to the branch manager to know all concerns about Yamaha product.
• Accomplishes Outlet Visit Report (OVR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR) for monitoring reference.
• Checks the account grid and budget per marketing activity if appropriately implemented.
• Encodes all concerns in each branch and study market segments within the area of responsibility.
• Collates the activity result and evaluates its effectiveness.
• Computes monthly budget through account grid and reports to the management.
• Checks the status of company vehicle and equipment for maintenance and repair.
• Checks the status of market strategies and competitors' promotions.
• Submits travel requests for sales activities and company events.
