Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage but not required.
• With good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Open to be assigned nationwide.
• Driver's license (Professional or Non-professional)

Responsibilities

• Manage accredited branches within the assigned area.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct regular branch visits and monitor market activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotions, branding, and merchandising.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales and market reports.
• Build strong relationships with branch personnel and dealers.
• Lead assigned accounts and support business growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
