Job summary

GainStrong in Visayas is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive Yamahaproduct distribution, visit daily branch assignments, check POP materials, and ensure merchandising standards across assigned outlets.

You will coordinate with branch managers, prepare OVR and DAR reports, monitor marketing activity budgets, analyze market segments, and report results to management. This role requires travel within central Visayas and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Visits daily all branch assignments and checks Point of Purchase (POP) materials and merchandising.
• Talks to the branch manager to know all concerns about Yamaha product.
• Accomplishes Outlet Visit Report (OVR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR) for monitoring reference.
• Checks the account grid and budget per marketing activity if appropriately implemented.
• Encodes all concerns in each branch and study market segments within the area of responsibility.
• Collates the activity result and evaluates its effectiveness.
• Computes monthly budget through account grid and reports to the management.
• Checks the status of company vehicle and equipment for maintenance and repair.
• Checks the status of market strategies and competitors' promotions.
• Submits travel requests for sales activities and company events.
