Duties and Responsibilities for the Position

• Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
• Assisting Marketing Assistant/BM's on pre-screening document/requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.
• Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
• Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant.
• Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick resolution and implement approved solutions case to case basis.
• Assist/Execute programs implemented by Trade Marketing Department.

Qualifications for the Sales Associate Position

• 1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
• Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able to liaise in all departments and stakeholders.
