JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to provide operational, sales, and merchandising support.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies that improve dealer performance.
• Track, evaluate, and manage dealer performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
• Address and resolve dealer issues and concerns in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and overall success of the dealer network.
