The role emphasizes strong communication, client relationships, and achieving targets while adhering to company merchandising programs. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, be able to work in the field with minimal supervision, and may have prior field sales experience.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid Driver's License.
Experience in Field Sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular store visits within the assigned territory.
Book customer orders and ensure proper product availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure proper execution of sales and merchandising programs.
Submit accurate sales reports and updates on time.
