The role emphasizes strong communication, client relationships, and achieving targets while adhering to company merchandising programs. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, be able to work in the field with minimal supervision, and may have prior field sales experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in Field Sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits within the assigned territory.
• Book customer orders and ensure proper product availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure proper execution of sales and merchandising programs.
• Submit accurate sales reports and updates on time.
