Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking Field QA Specialists to support risk mitigation activities related to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and company loss.

You will evaluate field visits, monitor processes, coach Field Officers, and create data‑driven reports that reveal QA insights to senior management.

This is a hybrid role with dayshift hours and opportunities to work across our international offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a QA or related role.
• Prepare detailed QA reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Escalate fraudulent activities identified during QA validation.
• Strong communication with senior management and peers.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk mitigation activities for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
• Evaluate and monitor field visits and processes.
• Adhere to process improvements and create/maintain trackers.
• Identify and report potential fraudulent activities that may cause loss.
• Create tickets and reports with QA insights.
• Act as a point of contact for internal QA initiatives and special projects.
• Coach and mentor Field Officers and share QA learnings.
• Produce valuable reports based on collated data for management.
• Support ad hoc tasks to boost team productivity.

About The Job

The Field QA Specialists are responsible for performing Risk Mitigation activities specific to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and company loss.

What You’ll Do

• Should have strong knowledge and understanding on the current company processes
• Evaluate and monitor Field Visits
• Adhere to any process improvement initiatives (e.g. Trackers, Violation Coaching)
• Identify possible fraudulent activities that may result to company loss.
• Reporting and creating tickets for challenges encountered.
• Stand as a POC for internal initiatives like QA Intervention, Adhoc tasks and Special validation/projects.
• Coaching and Mentoring Field Officers.
• Creating valuable reports based on the collated data and share QA insights.
• AdHoc tasks to help the team’s productivity.

What You Need To Have

• At least 1 year of experience to an equivalent role
• Experience working in Quality or the likes
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on quality issues, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken.
• Escalate potential and fraudulent activities captured during QA Validation
• Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management
• Tagalog, English or Local Dialect spoken and written (our company language) Necessary to Local availability.
• Advantage if with motorcycle and updated Driver's license
