Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Field QA Specialist to support risk mitigation activities focused on regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and minimizing company loss. You will evaluate field visits, monitor processes, and drive QA initiatives across teams.

The role requires analytical thinking, reporting skills, and effective communication with senior management. Local language proficiency (Tagalog/English) and a willingness to mentor field officers are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Quality or a comparable role.
• Experience in risk, loss prevention or QA functions.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Escalate fraudulent activities captured during QA validation.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with senior management.
• Tagalog, English or local dialect spoken and written.
• Advantage if motorcycle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Should have strong knowledge and understanding on the current company processes.
• Evaluate and monitor Field Visits.
• Adhere to process improvement initiatives (e.g. Trackers, Violation Coaching).
• Identify possible fraudulent activities that may result to company loss.
• Reporting and creating tickets for challenges encountered.
• Stand as a POC for internal initiatives like QA Intervention and Special validation/projects.
• Coaching and Mentoring Field Officers.
• Creating valuable reports based on the collated data and share QA insights.
• AdHoc tasks to help the team’s productivity.
