Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking Field QA Specialists to perform Risk Mitigation activities focused on regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and reducing company loss. You will evaluate field visits, adhere to process improvements, and report on findings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Quality or similar roles.
• Prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations and corrective actions.
• Ability to identify potential fraudulent activities observed during QA validation.
• Analytical, well organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication with senior management, in Tagalog, English, or local dialect.

Responsibilities

• Understand current company processes and apply them during Field QA.
• Evaluate and monitor field visits for compliance and risk.
• Adhere to process improvement initiatives (Tracker, Violation Coaching).
• Create reports and tickets for QA challenges encountered.
• Serve as POC for QA interventions and special validation projects.
• Coach and mentor Field Officers and share QA insights.
• Handle ad hoc tasks to boost team productivity.
