Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Field QA Specialist to perform risk mitigation activities focused on regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and limiting company loss. The role involves evaluating field visits, reporting, and mentoring field officers in a hybrid work setup.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in Quality or similar roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to document findings with actionable recommendations. Local language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a QA or quality role.
• Experience in quality processes and documentation.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Escalate potential fraud detected during QA validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with senior management.
• Proficiency in Tagalog and English, or local dialects.
• Motorcycle and valid driver's license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor field visits and QA activities.
• Adhere to process improvement initiatives and trackers.
• Identify fraudulent activities that could lead to company loss.
• Report findings and create tickets for challenges encountered.
• Serve as point of contact for QA initiatives and ad-hoc tasks.
• Coach and mentor field officers.
• Generate reports and share QA insights.
• Support team productivity with additional tasks as needed.
