Qualifications

• With experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Account Acquisition, or similar roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do field work and travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business partners and clients in assigned areas.
• Conduct field sales and direct selling to generate new leads and partnerships.
• Present and explain the company’s products, services, and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing partners.
• Negotiate partnership terms and assist in closing deals.
• Meet and achieve monthly sales and partner acquisition targets.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into active partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities, leads, and acquired partners.
• Attend client meetings, field visits, and other sales-related activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address partner concerns professionally.
