Job summary

Menvir Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to generate sales and promote products in the assigned territory. You will engage with potential and existing clients to meet or exceed targets and build lasting partnerships.

The role requires proactive field work, strong communication, and the ability to conduct product presentations and negotiations. Travel within the area is expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience; local market experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients within the assigned area.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and quotas.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify and understand client needs to recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide insights to the management team.
• Strategically plan routes and schedules to maximize coverage and minimize costs.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports, including daily sales activities, achievements, and customer interactions.
• Maintain records of client transactions, orders, and follow-ups.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align on strategies and goals.
