Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Field Marketing Staff to drive sales growth in the assigned area. You will travel within the territory to attract new clients, nurture partnerships, and execute market research and outreach initiatives.

You will support the Sales & Marketing Head by developing growth strategies, preparing pitches, and tracking performance data to refine marketing approaches. A degree in business or marketing and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of Sales & Marketing experience preferred.
• Motorcycle ownership and valid driver's license required for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct field research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective and existing clients within the assigned area.
• Promote the company’s services, addressing and anticipating client objectives.
• Maintain and update client information in the database.
• Prepare and deliver accurate customer account reports in a timely manner.
