Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Centre Operations Support role based at Toa Payoh. You will conduct inspections, monitor cleanliness and compliance, handle stallholder feedback, and support night operations across multiple centres.

The position covers field work with weekend and public holiday shifts when required, and involves reporting and data collation. The role requires a diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior frontline customer service

Qualifications

• Diploma holders preferred; willingness to work in market/hawker centre environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Field work and night shifts may be involved.
• Experience in frontline customer service or hawker centre operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of assigned hawker centres; monitor cleanliness, maintenance and compliance with centre rules.
• Attend to stallholder feedback and escalate issues to Centre Manager as needed.
• Conduct night inspections to oversee late-night deliveries and operations.
• Monitor operator performance and perform audit inspections.
• Collaborate with operators to respond to incidents, emergencies, and service-related matters.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins; engage stallholders on schemes and operational issues.
• Collate information and prepare reports and statistics on centre operations and outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, feedback, and follow-up actions.
