Job summary

Persol Outsourcing, in collaboration with a Singapore transport statutory board, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to engage customers, handle payments, and support ground operations. You will be part of a frontline team ensuring smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution.

Ideal candidates bring cashiering or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic shift environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Attending to customers’ enquiries
• Manage facilities and run system operations
• Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly
• Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report
• Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground
• Carry out any other tasks when needed
