PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Centre Operations Support role based at Toa Payoh. You will conduct inspections, monitor cleanliness and compliance, handle stallholder feedback, and support night operations across multiple centres.

Conduct routine inspections of assigned hawker centres and monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with centre rules and regulations.
Attend to stallholder feedback and on-ground issues, escalating to the Centre Manager where appropriate.
Conduct night inspections at designated hawker centres to oversee late-night deliveries.
Monitor operator performance and carry out audit inspections.
Work closely with operators to respond to incidents, emergencies, and service-related matters.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries or feedback from stallholders regarding policies and operational matters.
Engage and follow up with stallholders on relevant schemes and operational issues.
Address feedback and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Collate information and prepare reports and statistics on centre operations and outreach activities.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, feedback received, and follow-up actions taken.
Diploma in any field
Enjoy field work and be comfortable working in a market or hawker centre environment.
Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience in frontline customer service or hawker centre operations will be an advantage.
Must be willing to work night shifts, as deployment may include night hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
