Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for a 1-year contract position based at multiple client sites in Singapore. The role involves supporting survey respondents, collecting and entering data, and ensuring accuracy and timely progress tracking.

The ideal candidate holds at least a Diploma in Business/Marketing with 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Weekend work may be required, and travel to various households is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to SOP and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established KPIs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,300
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-6PM
(May be required to do OT / work on the weekends - quite rare. But please be prepared).

Duration: 1 year - renewable
Location: Havelock Road (Clarke Quay/Chinatown MRT) or Revenue House (Novena MRT)

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.

• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.

• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.

• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).

• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.

• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.

• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.

• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.

• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.

• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.

• Flexible to work on weekendsif required by project schedules.

• Comfortable to travel to different households /locations as assigned.
  

Note: You must attend a compulsory training during the 1st week of employment and go through mandatory test assessments on the 3rd day of training. You must pass the test in order to be officially deployed to work.
