PERSOLOutsourcing is partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit an Operations Executive. The role involves overseeing site operations, staff deployment, and handling financial processes.

You will be responsible for resolving issues, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with safety and site guidelines. Applicants should hold a diploma or GCE A levels with supervisory experience, be a team player with a cheerful attitude, and be willing to work shifts including weekends

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and nights when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, staff deployment, manpower management, and inquiries.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring safety and site guidelines compliance.
• Verify reports, refund applications, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to SOPs (operational and financial).
• Manage cash collections, banking, and reconciliation processes.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Working Hours / Location:

• Working Days:Mondays to Fridays
• Working Hours:8.30am - 6.30pm

• Oversee site operations, staff deployment, manpower management, and enquiries
• Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and site guidelines
• Verify reports, refund applications, and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to operational and financial SOPs
• Manage cash collections, banking, and reconciliation processes
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• MinimumGCE A levels or Diplomain any discipline with minimally3 years ofsupervisoryexperience
