Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Survey Operations Executive to support survey administration and data collection. You will engage respondents through phone and in-person visits, ensure accurate data capture, and help complete projects on time.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team. Travel for field visits is expected, and you will report daily progress and KPI results.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with the public via phone and face-to-face engagements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• B2B experience is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for field visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Guide companies in completing surveys.
• Accurately input and maintain survey data, ensuring completeness and data integrity.
• Conduct field visits to engage respondents who are not contactable via phone.
• Record and update call outcomes, respondent statuses, and survey progress on a daily basis using designated systems and tools.
• Work closely with team members to achieve project goals and survey completion targets.
• Address respondent concerns professionally and encourage participation in surveys.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily productivity and survey completion reports.
• Review, verify, and clean survey data by resolving errors, inconsistencies, and incomplete responses.
• Maintain detailed case notes and documentation to facilitate effective follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with established SOPs and provide appropriate justification for deviations.
• Meet individual and team KPIs.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
