Job summary

Filoil Logistics Corporation is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues in our Manila operations. You will log incidents, troubleshoot devices, and assist with onboarding while ensuring security policies are followed.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and 1–3 years of experience in helpdesk or desktop support; willingness to provide onsite support and occasional after-hours work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or desktop support; fresh graduates with relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, hardware, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and Active Directory is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with IT teams.
• Willingness to provide onsite support and work beyond regular hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
• Log, monitor, and resolve IT incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, account access, and IT equipment deployment.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams or vendors and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company IT, security, and service management policies.
