Job summary

Good Neighbors Humanitarian Development Philippines is seeking a Field Manager to spearhead GNIP Community development projects in Field Office assignments, including planning, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, networking, and general administration of the community location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work, Community Development, or Social Sciences
• Master’s Degree or unit in Social Sciences is an advantage
• 5+ years supervisory or managerial experience; 10–15 years in community development

Responsibilities

• Lead community development projects by managing field staff
• Plan annual budgets, activities, and project proposals with stakeholders
• Ensure timely reporting and monitoring of project progress
• Build partnerships with LGUs, NGOs, schools, and donors
• Oversee field office administration, HR, and financial processes
