Job summary

Good Neighbors is seeking a Field Manager to spearhead GNIP Community development projects across the field office assignment, covering planning, implementations, monitoring, and admin tasks. You will lead field staff, coordinate with head office, and ensure timely progress reports and adherence to budgets.

The role requires strong management, communication, and NGO experience, with willingness to travel. Based in the Philippines, this position offers growth in development work and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field required.
• 5+ years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in community development or NGO work preferred.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field office planning and manage field staff.
• Oversee budgeting and project implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate community projects and reports.
• Coordinate with LGUs, donors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and HR issues.
