Job summary

Good Neighbors Humanitarian Development Philippines is seeking a qualified Project Manager with a civil engineering or architecture background to coordinate and implement school construction projects. You will work with the Calamba Schools Division Office, partner schools, contractors, and GNIP Head Office to ensure timely completion.

The role requires 2–3 years of project management experience in construction, strong verbal and written communication, and local residency in Calamba (advantage).

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Architecture graduate.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Good coordination and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Being a resident in Calamba is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Calamba Schools Division Office, partner schools, contractors, and Good Neighbors’ Head Office to ensure the effective and timely implementation of the project.
• Oversee construction and facility improvement activities, manage project operations, budgets, financial reporting, and documentation, and prepare timely reports while ensuring compliance with GNIP policies.
• A licensed engineer with experience in constructing digital libraries, multi-purpose halls, school stages, and canteen renovations is preferred.
