Job summary

Good Neighbors is seeking a capable leader to head the Social Development Division, overseeing the implementation of programs across field offices in the Philippines. You will ensure plans, projects, and budgets are achieved efficiently while guiding staff and maintaining quality and compliance with organizational policies.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong budgeting and monitoring capabilities, and excellent communication to foster partnerships with local stakeholders and donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related
• 7+ years in social development program management
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Experience managing budgets and monitoring program performance
• Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Social Development Division programs across field offices.
• Provide strategic leadership, staff supervision, financial oversight, partnership development, internal communication support, monitoring and evaluation.
