Job summary

Good Neighbors Philippines is seeking a Programme Manager to support the implementation and scale-up of community engagement and empowerment initiatives across health, education, WASH, nutrition, sponsorship, and livelihood.

You will identify priority communities, facilitate field activities, provide technical support and capacity-building to staff, and coordinate with local partners, LGUs, and donors while ensuring GNIP policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years NGO/INGO experience in program/project management.
• Strong partnership and coordination with National Government offices and LGUs.
• Strong skills in project proposal writing and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrates critical thinking and the ability to work independently.
• Culturally sensitive, inclusive and adaptable across diverse groups.

Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders, assist in small grants monitoring, donor visits, budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting, and ensure timely preparation and submission of project plans, reports, and documentation in compliance with GNIP policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Social Work and Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration or any related field)
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in NGO/INGO, particularly in program/project management
• Strong partnership and coordination skills with National Government offices and LGUs
• Strong skills in project proposal writing, community organizing and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, facilitation and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrates critical thinking and the ability to work independently
