Job summary

Flexair Philippines Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell industrial and pneumatic equipment to manufacturing companies and other business clients. You will develop new accounts, maintain relationships, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets.

Ideal candidates have a background in industrial equipment or B2B sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel for customer visits. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell industrial and pneumatic equipment, components, and related products.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations when required.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Coordinate with the Technical, Service, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor sales activities, customer requirements, and competitor developments.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
