Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage
• Experience with industrial equipment, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, machinery or technical sales preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings, specs and manuals
• Good knowledge of industrial applications and equipment
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering software
• Good communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to customer sites
• Able to work independently with Sales and Technical Teams

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer technical requirements and operating conditions
• Recommend appropriate industrial products, equipment, and solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications, quotations, and recommendations
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers
• Assist Sales in identifying suitable products for customer applications
• Conduct site visits, surveys, measurements, and technical assessments
• Design basic system layouts and configurations
• Review technical drawings, manuals, and application requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers on specifications and concerns
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
